After many years of rampant speculation, and almost a decade since the last entry, Grand Theft Auto is set to have a new mainline game in the future. GTA 6 has been officially announced, but in true Rockstar fashion the finer details are being kept under wraps for now. Thanks to some recent rumours, we are starting to get a clearer picture as to what GTA 6 is going to look like, and now that GTA 5 has released on next-gen consoles, hopefully the new entry is Rockstar’s number one priority right now.
GTA 6 does not currently have a release date…or release window. There have been some leaks to suggest we may hear more soon however, with a gameplay trailer rumoured to be shown later this year. As upcoming games go, GTA 6 is particularly tricky to pin down. Rockstar is usually very vigilant for leaks, and so far there hasn’t been much that has slipped through the cracks.
Even so, we do have a few details to share on what GTA 6 could be, where it might be set, and when we may be able to actually play it. To keep you in the loop, we’ve collected all of the latest news, rumours and official details regarding GTA 6. We’ll be sure to keep this page updated as more is revealed, so check back in for the latest news.
GTA 6 release date
As we mentioned before, GTA 6 does not currently have a release date. Nor does it have a general release window. Earlier this year we reported on a story covering a predicted $9 billion in earnings for Take-Two in 2024. Analysts have predicted that such an increase could only be attributed to Grand Theft Auto 6, suggesting that 2024 may be the planned release window for the game.
Last we heard, Rockstar had revealed GTA 6, and that development was ‘well underway.’ This gives an indication that the game is indeed in active development, however until we see more we can’t say when it is likely to come out.
Possible setting
So far, there have been no official details released by Rockstar regarding GTA 6’s setting. So where could it be set? Well, there are a few candidates, which we’ll go over here. The first is that GTA 6 could be set in a sort of theme park version of GTA settings featured in the series thus far. This would mean that 80s Vice City could be a region, and San Andreas, but of course this is just speculation. A new setting is also possible. We’ve had GTA takes on cities like LA and New York, so why not other cities. London is a much-requested location from fans, but that might be tricky to implement when GTA Online is taken into consideration.
Industry leaker Tom Henderson released a video on this very subject back in 2021. In it, he covers all of the rumours that he has heard over the last couple of years. In this video, Henderson reveals that he has heard that GTA 6 will be a ‘modern title.’ This means a modern setting, ruling out 80s Vice City for now. The reasoning behind this is reportedly that a modern setting is easier to expand upon in the game’s online setting, as modern technology can be added in without feeling jarring. He also reveals that Vice City may be coming to the game in some capacity, albeit a modern version.
How will GTA 6 Online work?
Perhaps the biggest question on everyone’s lips is how GTA Online is going to work once GTA 6 is launched. GTA Online is far and away Rockstar’s most lucrative asset right now, and it’s likely that whatever GTA 6 is, it is going to heavily tie into an online equivalent. In the Tom Henderson video mentioned early, he brings up that the singleplayer map will be expanded upon with new map locations and DLC, which will be accessible via the online mode. This way, Rockstar will be able to start fairly small, and build up GTA 6 Online over time. Henderson compares this approach to a Fortnite model, with map changes tied to events.
When will we hear more?
As reported by Sportskeeda GTA leaker Tez2 seems to believe that we may be getting a GTA 6 gameplay trailer in 2022. You can view the Tweet below.

Strategies to earn 3 star victory in Royale Challenge
The Royale Challenge allows players to earn some cool and exciting rewards but it is not as easy as it seems. Players need to strategically break down their attacks to earn a swift victory.
Locate the clan castle in the base and take it down. To take down the clan castle deploy 3 P.E.K.K.As, the Archer Queen and 2 Healers. The main objective here should be to annihilate the Ice Golems, Goblins, and Archers protecting the Clan castle.
After this objective is completed, move on to the side of the base where the Heroes are guarding. Drop all the miners you have and a Healer to heal them while they continue their assault. The miners will execute their tasks perfectly by taking down all the heroes.
After decimating the clan castle and defeating the heroes, players need to take out the hidden Tesla situated behind the walls of the clan castle. Drop a Balloon to take out the Tesla and use the Clone Spell to clone the Balloons.
Amplify the Balloons’ attack by dropping a rage Spell and use the Hog Riders to take out the hidden Tesla in the right corner of the base.
As the Hog Riders continue to land serious damages on the base, drop the Rage Spell once again in the center of the base. The Balloons will finish the job by leveling the middle of the base to the ground.
The Hog Riders will join the Balloons in the center as the Miners and the P.E.K.K.As to keep destroying the heroes on the left and right flanks.
As the heroes are distracted, the Hogs will climb above the double walls in the middle of the base and charge toward the Town Hall with the Balloons. In the meantime, all the Bomb and Archer Towers are cleared out and all the troops will meet in front of the Town Hall and knock it down.
The game that you cannot hack no matter how hard you try or can you.
Today we're going to be talking about some of the few times clash of clans has been successfully hacked, and yeah, clash of clans is an incredibly hard game to hack but that doesn't mean it's not possible.
So we're gonna be reviewing some incidents in clash of clans that should have never happened. So let's get right into it let's do this.
Thousands of giants as we said clash of clans is pretty much unhackable for the most part i mean sure there's been third party tools that have been floating around for a few years but those tools don't modify the game's code they're simply tools but they can also get you banned so don't try them.
There are also private servers which rip the game from its live server and put it into its own.
In order to get access into the game and the live server you'd have to hack into that server, and that is the reason why hacking clash of clans is like an impossible task, but happens.
On August of 2015, a user named obit khan, i believe, managed to hack into the main server of clash of clans and do things you normally can't do.
People started to report that they were being attacked by a guy using thousands of one troop, specifically thousands of giants; he literally went around three staring at some people, having the best time of his life and not giving a single damn..
It was crazy at that time seeing someone actually hack the game and is still mind blowing to this day but also it's kind of funny not gonna lie eventually supercell banned the player and had a maintenance break I believe and we never heard from it again.
In fact, when i tried to find this original post that i showcased in that old video it was nowhere to be found the only reason i even remembered about this event is because i so happen to be scrolling through my old videos.
so yeah this was crazy, no one knows how he did it and we'll probably never know.
Strange base in november of 2015 an interesting base was discovered and it was pretty obvious this was no ordinary base and the clan called the revenge clan a player by the name aurel seemed to have a few things wrong with his base first off and probably the most obvious he had some obstacles that he shouldn't have had yes obstacles that only appear in goblin maps.
how did he get those perhaps you may be convinced that these used to spawn in the old days and this guy so happened to be one of those first players no the pole with the horns and the pointy stone only ever appeared in goblin maps when clicking on the poll you could even see the code name that clearly mentioned goblin pole.
But other than these obstacles there is a lot more going on with this base he had no clan castle you know that's funny because he's a leader of the clan that he's in right now how is that possible he didn't have a clan castle so this shouldn't be happening now he may have sold the clan castle when it was possible.
yes i know that was possible at one point but when you sold your clan castle you would automatically be kicked from your clan he definitely wouldn't still be a leader years later.
The base also had no camps no builders more defenses and walls than he could even build and defense levels that were way too high in level for his town hall now a few days later after this was brought to supercell's attention they did end up fixing the base which confirms this wasn't a normal base at all.
after the fix the goblin map obstacles were gone all of his buildings were back and his levels they were all back to normal you know just an ordinary base it isn't very clear what happened here but there was a post that mentioned the base was raided by goblins and it turned into their own village and supercell had to go fix it but that story just seems ridiculous like come on it seems like someone took it out of book and just like yeah the goblins raided this village and they made it their own come on it's a game you would have to code that in for that to be possible what probably and most likely happened is this guy found a way to import some of the obstacles from the goblin bases into his own base and managed to remove some of the most important buildings and also add stuff that he couldn't to his own base a lot of people may pass it off as just a good old glitch but come on things like this just don't happen out of nowhere.
server error i actually mentioned this in a previous video but i wanted to discuss it again because the video i mentioned it was a top glitch video of all time and this one was no glitch before we discuss it in detail though i wanted to let you guys know that this bug has existed forever and people still do receive this server error from time to time but this occasion was very different so if you see a server error of some kind while attacking you know clean and server or out of sync blah blah it's probably your wi-fi a sudden bug or a genuine problem with the server reloading the game should fix the issue now let's get into the real topic of discussion here it was around late 2014 or early 2015 i was in the leaderboards at the time no i'm not trying to brag this is just a very important detail of the hack that occurred i'm telling it from my own perspective at the time players in the leaderboards were experiencing what they thought was just a bug.
but it was making them lose tons of trophies which was a serious issue.
basically every time me or anyone in my clan or anyone in neighboring clans tried to attack the second they dropped a troop the game would display a clean and server or out of sync error but this was no error it was bigger than that every time you'd attack the same thing would happen and this would happen over and over.
but it seemed to happen only when attacking certain bases and since the leaderboards at the time was incredibly different you would commonly attack the same people multiple times over the course of your entire time up there someone had managed to mess with their base somehow and exploit it to win endless trophies and defenses and then share this exploit with their clan mates or friends and sooner or later there was a select group of players that when you attacked them you would get this error and lost trophies eventually supercell got involved and the matter was resolved within a day of the breach to this day this is one of the craziest things i got to experience firsthand and every time i retell this story people say yeah i mean i get that error all the time it's no big deal but no like i said this was incredibly different what we were experiencing was the greatest hack to the clash of clans leaderboards in history layering buildings ok we've seen glitches where two bullyings stack on top of each other and it makes up for a great screenshot you share with your friends but this one is different well not really but it's a more extreme version of that in november of 2020 a youtuber by the name clash with corey encountered a rather strange base at first glance the defense replay looks normal and hey it's free loot right in order to get trophies though corey decided to attack the town hall but there was something off the inferno tower and the builder hut looked weird yes they were stacked on top of multiple buildings and no not just two this time it was up to six buildings in one spot when corey tried to take out the inferno tower there was actually a tesla plus three more buildings behind it and when he focused on the boulder hut there was six builder huts like all of his boulder huts including one tesla in that one spot to add more depth to this bizarre encounter the guy's name was hacker is back implying that hey i'm back now as i mentioned this happened months ago and his account has been deleted as you guys know supercell just doesn't go around deleting people's accounts if there is an issue with your name they'll ask you to change the name if there's an issue with the base you have set up like you made something bad well they'll just ask you to change it or ban you for about a week or i don't know if you did something wrong you might get banned for life but they won't delete your account it isn't until account goes missing until you realize something even bigger is going on here it looks like hacker is back was indeed a hacker and managed to mess around with the game's code in a live server to do the impossible as i mentioned two buildings stacked on top of each other happens every now and then and it's usually just a small glitch or a bug but this one was a very different scenario and it's crazy how he managed to achieve this the only reason his account was removed was due to reports about the base having some interesting features security breach now this last one isn't based on the game getting hacked but rather the company supercell itself but it did have some connections to clash of clans directly so i wanted to briefly mention this one on february of 2014 a syrian hacker claimed to have hacked into supercell's facebook pages and administrator panels specifically for clash of clans he had gained access to very private information of the company he explained that this hack was to teach supercell a lesson but why well the hacker apparently found a weak spot and tried to give them advice on their own security but after multiple employees and even the ceo of supercell did not respond he went ahead and hacked them the information he managed to snag was of course access to their social medias and personal contact info but also revenue numbers those numbers explain that clash of clans had 29.4 million daily active users on february 7 of 2014 and that they had ranked in an incredible 5.15 million dollars that day alone for clash of clans now the hacker denied to explain how he hacked them but after a few days of the incident supercell ended up posting about it on their social medias confirming that they were indeed hacked now something similar like this happened a few times over the years as well but those were for the clash of clans forums not for the company or the game itself it's a bit too unrelated to the game so i'm just gonna leave that out of the video but yeah so guys that is the five times clash of clans has been hacked and yes it's very unfortunate that it's only five times well i mean i guess it's not unfortunate but you know what i mean like i wish this video could be longer but fortunately clash of clans rarely ever gets hacked it's great to know that the game we play every day is pretty much unhackable i mean we put in hours and money into the game in hopes that what we're doing has a meaning when a game gets hacked and people have an advantage over you it doesn't feel like a challenge anymore it doesn't feel worth it anymore supercell has worked very hard to keep it that way and yeah obviously they've had some hiccups along the way but fortunately that's only been about four or five times so as always i hope you guys enjoyed today's video please like comment and subscribe and as always thanks for watching happy gaming out peace
Supercell has revealed the developer update video for the highly anticipated Spring 2022 update for Clash of Clans. And in it they detailed the newest Clash of Clans feature: Clan Capital. While this feature had been previously leaked, the video goes into great detail all of the mechanics of this massive new feature.
In short, the Clan Capital allows Clans to build together and battle together. But there’s a lot of details to know about this massive new feature, so let’s break down how Clan Capitals function in Clash of Clans.
How do Clan Capitals Work?
Each Clan Capital is divided into “Districts.” Each District is fortified with different defenses and has its own District Hall. This works the same as a Town Hall, maximizing the upgrade level of all Buildings, Traps and Troops in the district. They are also all unique with their own Buildings and aesthetics.
The Capital Hall controls the maximum level of every District Hall. Each District Hall controls the max level of Buildings within its District. Upgrading enough in a District allows you to upgrade your Capital Hall, which in turn lets you upgrade your District Hall again and so on and so on.
The Capital Peak and Districts
The Capital Peak is available as soon as you enter the Clan Capital. It is home to the Capital Hall, the most important building in the Clan Capital.
Upgrading your Capital Hall will unlock new Buildings and Districts, as well as new levels for those Buildings and your District Halls.
Each District is unique with its own Building aesthetics as well as terrain. Clan Leaders and Co-Leaders can are the only ones who can move Buildings within the Clan Capital. The rest of us can only donate to help upgrade the overall level.
As previously mentioned, each District has its own District Hall that, when leveled up, increases the upgrade level of the Buildings, Traps and Troops within that District. You can upgrade District Halls using Capital Gold.
How do you use Capital Gold?
Capital Gold can be looted from Buildings during Raids. Within each District are Ruins. Each Ruin you repair, unlocks a bundle of Buildings, Defenses, Traps and Walls. Repairing Ruins and upgrading Buildings costs Capital Gold. All you have to do is tap on the Building to donate your Capital Gold. Anyone in the Clan is able to donate to any Ruin or any Building upgrade. It’s all about working together.
There’s also no Laboratories in the Clan Capital. Troops and Spells are unlocked by repairing certain Ruins and leveled up through the relevant Building upgrades.
Attacking the Clan Capital
The Clan Capital isn’t only about building together. You must battle together as well.
Clan Capital attacks are meant to feel massive and it may take more than one attack to three star a District. While attacks are still done on an individual level, the damage you do to a District and its buildings is persistent, meaning the damage is saved in between each attack.
If your attack ends at 50% two-star, a fellow clan mate’s attack will pick up where you left off. Triggered Traps will also not be rearmed and Spells will last longer (even remaining on the battlefield between attacks), so there’s definitely some strategy to be had when deciding who should attack and when and where. You could intentionally lay the spells out for a subsequent Clan mate’s attacks, or target specific defensive buildings. Additionally, as you destroy more of a District, it expands the deployment area for future attacks.
So while you’re not attacking with Clan mates simultaneously, you are essentially still working together, laying the ground work for subsequent attacks.
Districts are grouped into layers and all Districts in a layer must be destroyed before the next layer of Districts open up for attacks. Each Clan member gets a set number of attacks to use over the raid weekend, but a bonus attack can be earned the first time you three-star a District. Once the Capital Peak is three-starred, you win the Raid.
Capital Army
Every Clan member has access to Troops and Spells based on the Buildings the Clan has unlocked and leveled up, which means everyone — even brand new players — can attack with the same Troops and Spells. You’re able to select your Capital Army without any training time or cost, encouraging everyone to participate.
When do Clan Capital Raids happen?
Clan Capital Raids only happen on the weekend but will happen every weekend. To give Clans a chance to build up their Clan Capital, the first Clan Capital Raid won’t happen until a little bit after the update is released. There will likely also be at least one test Raid to make sure everything is working properly.
Matchmaking for Raids is based on your Clan Capital progress. Additionally, you’re not matched directly with that Capital as you would be in Clan Wars. It’s more like traditional Multiplayer matchmaking.
When a Raid is won, your Clan is automatically put into matchmaking for the next one. So as long as the weekend is running, you can continue raiding.
New Currency: Raid Medals
Raid Medals are a new type of currency being introduced in the update. At the end of the Raid weekend, Clan members earn Raid Medals. These are rewarded for each successful Raid and for how well your Clan Capital defends from other Raids.
Raid Medals can be used can be used to fill your own Clan Castle Troops with Troops, Spells or Siege Machines, so you no longer have to wait for Clan donations. Alternatively, you can also spend them at the Trader, who has new weekly deals.
Clan Capital is undoubtedly the biggest feature coming in the Spring 2022 update for Clash of Clans, but it’s not the only thing. There will almost certainly be additional sneak peeks over the upcoming days and weeks, revealing specifics about the new Districts and Buildings, Troops and Traps that come with them. Stay tuned as we continue our preview coverage of the Clash of Clans Spring 2022 update!
War attacks are different compared to pushing and farming. You have a lot of time to think about planning an attack on a base, imagining the traps and units that might get activated etc. Choosing the right strategy for a base is important. One attack strategy isn’t applicable for all types of bases, there are changes which can be followed. It follows on how you plan your attack, how your troops should go through, how to take out vulnerable defenses and so on. Here are some tips to follow for landing good war attacks:
Always have your war troops and spells maxed out for Town Hall 13. Always have a couple or more war strategies ready, and max them troops out.
Plan according to your opponent base, don’t stick on to one attack strategy, especially in Town Hall 13, majority bases are spread out and even some attacks in the meta can’t be trusted.
Don’t keep any heroes under upgrade/heal for wars
Ask the pros for tips. Always refer to other attacks in the clan/internet so that you can get to know more tips.
If you are planning to attack a base that has been already attacked, try to look at the previous attack and learn about traps and plan accordingly.
Don’t rush troops early, patiently clear distractive buildings, and then push your troops inside.
